Shipping policy

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer International Shipping at the moment.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment status.
Shipping Delays:
- Due to factors beyond our control, shipping delays may occasionally occur (such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders). If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Gotta Have It! Sauce is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact our support team at support@gottahaveitsauce.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Return to Sender:
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
